Shipping and Returns

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days


Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by destination.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

2. Processing Time

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@shopscoop.co with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.


3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
